Melissa hails from Vancouver Island, Canada and has a background in graphic design, web design & social media marketing/management. She has her degree in Advanced Media, Interactive Communication & Design . Melissa's speciality is Identity Branding and Layout Design (magazine). She has worked in graphic design in her own studio for the past four years doing projects on design and social media marketing for a multitude of clients, including Rosewood Fitness, Royal LePage, Kayla McDonald Productions, & Full Circle Care.
Melissa is also the co-founder, art director and graphic designer behind the internationally successful podcast The Folklore Podcast, an on going educational podcast with folklorist Mark Norman that aims to preserve folklore in a modern world.
